Surely the decision of Conte out tomorrow or at the end of the season should be a result of the question of who replaces him? Make that decision on a 3-5 year horizon. If the answer is immediately available cut him loose, the last 10 could be a huge advantage to assessing the squad and hitting the ground running next season. If the successor is currently managing? Let Conte finish it out and don't extend. Results against Forest at home should have no bearing.

Let’s be honest, if we lose to Southampton just before the international break, he’s likely going to be sacked.

100% but here’s to hoping we take this momentum forward for the rest of the season and end it on a high.

Feels incredible to see us playing like we did at the tail end of last season.

We've been inconsistent all season. Conte on 1 game a week is a different animal. 11 games to go, we could (I said could) finish over 80 points. Mental.
Flip wish i had your positivity😀 i take one win at a time. Knowing spurs once we start getting talked up in the press about top 4 we will fall apart for a few games.
Still happy to finally see dome attacking quicker play and 3 points after a shitshow week.

Surprised at the change of attitude by some after the one win. Don't have a problem with the performance today at all, in fact it looked more like the Spurs of the back end of last season to me, but I also didn't have a problem with West Ham at home, City at home or Chelsea at home but it's what came in between that was very worrying.

It's the Saints away game that will be telling as far I'm concerned and then Everton away to follow. It could be enough from now until the end of the season if we start to show form that sees us winning the games we 'should' be winning but I'm much more concerned with the away performances than home.

Still think he needs to go despite today. Though if we play like that for the rest of the season I'd keep him until then. We know from last year he does better with one game a week.

I'd still sack him tonight tbh, mostly because I'm still more emotional than logical but also because this season is over for me: as unpopular as it may be I really don't care if we finish 4th. Let someone who's the future play around with the team for a bit & get his feet under the table rather than being this zombie team until June.

Oh fuck off Antonio. I'm sick to death of you belittling our club. No finishing 4th isn't like winning the fucking PL! 😡 😡

He literally said it in comparison to how much more competitive the league is this year, and how it gets harder every year to stay competitive at the top.

What’s with the inferiority complex? Not everything he says is belittling the club.

TBH, I really have no idea why fans got so worked up with such comment from Conte. Was that really not the truth, from the way Levy has been managing the club? How he has operated in the windows over so many years should be clear to any one that getting in CL is the top priority because of the money. Winning anything is really just a bonus. The history spoke for itself by having just one pathetic trophy in his over two decades of management.

Despite the better showing today (against an awful Forest), I'd still get rid ASAP if our main candidate is available to start right away. Too much water under the bridge for me, and his recent comments are disgraceful. The sooner we move on to the next project the better, regardless of the results we get now we're out of anything winnable.

See thats why we as a club don't have a winning mentality.
It filters from the top Lewis/levy down to Conte then the players and eventually to most fans.
Thats why we won't win anything for the foreseeable future
