So this weekend no premier Legaue it is time for the historic cup.

Today the bunch of losers from Birmingham, aston Villa, are playing against Millwall. Good chance for Villa to blame themselves one more time. Adam Smith is starting this game and hopefully on his way to impress tonight.

I want us to face Millwall at home. We need to have a loud, night derby.

Agreed, Im perplexed by this?:pompous:

Neither team are fashionable enough?

Shame though, I'm one of the rare few who actually like Millwall. Mainly because my wife's from Saaaaaaaf London and is a big Millwall fan, so I'm too afraid to argue otherwise! :blackeye:

If Villa lose on Tuesday against Newcastle I can see Lambert getting the sack. Can't believe they still aren't going to buy any new players.

Sign of things to come for Villa, losing to lower league sides.. they are a lower league side themselves, a few of their players excepted.

Wow. How shit are Villa???

I can't believe the run they have been on recently and I can't believe how far back they have gone since O'Neil departed. They haven't signed anyone yet this window either I don't think which is just as shocking. Newcastle have gone out and brought half of France to get them out of trouble where as Villa seem to just be holding their ankles and taking it.

There should be a 'hardly surprising rating' for this! They really are in free fall at the moment. Shame it's not a club I really hate or it would be really funny!

I don't mind them that much either, but at times like this I just remember my twat of an ex-housemate who has a season ticket at Villa Park, and a wum moron from years ago that used to post on 606 by the name of Holtlegend (or something like that), who really was the most deluded, anti-Spurs tosser I've ever encountered anywhere on the internet.

I'd love to see the look on their faces this season, but they're probably sobbing into their hands :playful:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21158105 suggests whatever happens he is safe in the job but I wouldn't be surprised if a few more loses in the next few games proves the end. But if they leave till after the transfer window I doubt a new manager will be able to an awful lot more with the squad they have. I would hate to be a villa fan right now.

How come this is being played on a Friday but not TV?

The club decided not to hold the game on Saturday after it was announced that a major demonstration against cuts at Lewisham Hospital, starting at midday, is planned for the weekend. It is anticipated that the demonstration and rally at Mountsfield Park will attract thousands of protestors, which means that a substantial supply of police forces will be needed

Millwall Football Club, our players, staff and many thousands of fans have, over the years, had reason to be grateful for the resources, facilities and care we have received from our local hospital. We are not persuaded by the arguments put forward in favour of closing the A&E department, childrens ward, intensive care and maternity services at Lewisham

Taxi for Lambert! Oh dear.

Millwall played a weaker side than Villa, lol.
