Fabio Paratici praises pace of Tottenham rebuild

Tottenham managing director Fabio Paratici says the Premier League club are happy with the progress of the current rebuild of their squad.

Paratici was involved in a busy end to the January transfer window with top target Pedro Porro secured on an initial loan deal from Sporting Lisbon while Djed Spence departed on loan to Rennes and Matt Doherty left on a free transfer to sign for Atletico Madrid.

Paratici and Conte keep alluding to a planned rebuild being on schedule / needing to be done over multiple transfers windows, and seem to be content with the progress.

Is it therefore reasonable for fans to claim that Levy isn't backing them and/or doesn't have a clear plan / vision / strategy, or are these claims just a result of impatience?
