Tottenham reject Brentford bid for Djed Spence as Premier League rivals circle

Tottenham have rejected Brentford’s loan bid for Djed Spence as the offer included a purchase obligation in the deal.

With Pedro Porro expected to join from Sporting before the end of the transfer window, Spurs have given the green light for Spence to leave the club on loan until the end of the season but they will insist that any deal does not include an option or obligation to buy the England U-21 international.

If true that's good as he needs games and I wouldn't want to lose him completely until we see how good he is as he looks a real prospect for the future.
