Arsenal have already recieved a large amount of transfer fees from Man City this summer, I think that unless Barca go crazy and offer world record money... Arsenal will resist and keep hold of him.

Like you say, it would ruin their season. Wenger won't risk selling him too and if Fabregas doesn't rock the boat with a transfer request I think he will stay atleast another season.

what is lame is you saying that the deal was all tied up and set to be announced and it turns out that a deal was never in place

No offence to the Barca nuts here, but whenever I hear or read the word 'cule' I immediately think that it's a really obscene profanity along the lines of ****.

I don't know why, it just has that tone to it.

I'd still much rather see Barca win the league than the Fascists from Madrid any day of the year. Never liked Real, the whole Galacticos thing just makes them come across as arrogant and self-obsessed on a level that even Man U and their fans can't get close to.


And I stand by my initial statement that Fibreglass will never leave the Goons for 40m. He won't be let go for half a Ronaldo, maybe 3/4 (ie 60m)
