According to David Ornstein Chelsea and Dortmund have agreed on Bats to BVD. So I guess that would mean Llorente stays (if not Levy can get 25m for him). The thing I do not understand is why Chelsea would like to strengthen Arsenal. Maybe they do not even see them as competition anymore.
