On the back of signing a new six-year deal at White Hart Lane, FIFA 17 believe Dele Alli is slower than Jack Wilshere, worse at dribbling and has a worse range of passing.
It's surprising that Wilshere, who missed most of last season through injury before deciding he needed to head out on loan to relegation favourites Bournemouth if he wanted regular playing time this year, is considered better than Alli who has enjoyed a meteoric rise over the last year for both Spurs and England.
It's not the only questionable rating in the FIFA 17 game with numerous Spurs stars seemingly underrated, whilst Arsenal have the majority of players (including Mathieu Debuchy, Kieran Gibbs and Theo Walcott) rated 80 or higher.
Moussa Dembele (82) was a driving force in the middle of the park as Spurs pushed Leicester for the Premier League title, but according to the producers at EA sports he has nothing on Santi Cazorla (86).
The Gunners new midfielder Granit Xhaka (84) is also rated surprisingly high, performances that helped Borussia Mochengladbach to a fourth place finish in Germany are apparently of more value than Dembele's role in Spurs' third place Premier League finish.
Cazorla and Xhaka's ratings are even worse when compared to Eric Dier (78).
Dier is one of the first names on both the Spurs and England's team sheets, but isn't even classed good enough to be rated 80 on the game. He is only better than Mohammed Elneny, Calum Chambers, Carl Jenkinson and Serge Gnabry in the entire Arsenal squad.
Overall Spurs have just 11 players rated 80 or over, whilst Arsenal have a whopping 16.
Toby Alderweireld (85) is the highest rated outfield player for Spurs, with Mesut Ozil (89), Alexis Sanchez (87) and Cazorla all certainties in the Spurs side according to the game.
The one area in which Spurs are level with the near neighbours is in goal, Hugo Lloris and Petr Cech are both rated 88. Although many Spurs fans will argue that the Tottenham skipper should be higher than the aging Czech keeper.
FIFA 17 ratings clearly have no impact on what happens on the pitch, but with the North London rivals closer than ever in terms of league position and expectations, it'll surely rile Spurs fans that they are once again classed as inferior to their near neighbours.
