I know they're new rules. The issue is when they aren't applied fairly.

Two France players were encroaching on the first pen. Yet somehow that's OK.

How often does the ref apply that rule? With the new goalkeeper rule that is hardly ever gonna get judge. Both teams often start running. Impossible task

Not with VAR it shouldn't be.

Thought it was wide until it wafted a bit, smart save necessary.

Yeah same. Also thought the keeper made it look better than it was initially but it was actually just wet struck.

And a good finish there for the goal!

Lovely goal. Great assist. Wonderful calm finish.

We're playing really well. I'm very impressed with this start.

Interesting subject there, I haven't watched enough women's football to accurately say but is there less play acting and hitting the ground from the smallest of touches and such in it? I can't say I've seen a great deal that I can remember. It seems to be completely engrained into mens football now unfortunately.

It seems like it. I think I've seen one game where that happened, but generally the players seem to be pretty honest.

Yeah that's how it's seemed to me too. Seems like they're more interested in just only playing football. The mens game has a whole other element to it now in the form of diving and going down incredibly easily.
