*mootedThe facility is £637m but as of these reports we’ve only used £410m. Yes it’s likely the final figure will be around £600m. But that’s nowhere near the £1bn debt muted by many.

haha. the net spend in the last 12 months has been negative.Quote from levy at the thst meeting.
- DL said that with a debt of £637m, subject to reasonable assumption on interest rates, the net spend on players would not be affected
But our net spend is lowest in the leagueQuote from levy at the thst meeting.

Achieving Champions League spot next year must be an absolute necessity in order to command and attract best possible price for naming rights. Although, I suspect discussions relating to naming rights have been on-going for many months now.Yep wouldn't expect a big splash this summer. Unless we sell. Or get a naming rights sponsor.

Naming rights deal last 10 years plus so not really impacted by whether we qualify for CL this year or not. Much more important is the hype around the stadium, the universal “best stadium in the world” conclusion must be massively helpful, and the amount of exposure the stadium will get in the US, that is where the big sponsorship bucks are.Achieving Champions League spot next year must be an absolute necessity in order to command and attract best possible price for naming rights. I’ve been a Levy critic but will concede he has probably been right to wait for the stadium to be finished before securing naming rights. Another month or two of “best stadium in the world” PR and the price will only be heading in one direction.
Seeing us you can't use the sponsored stadium name in the CL because of Uefa, it's probably not the biggest factor in the price.Achieving Champions League spot next year must be an absolute necessity in order to command and attract best possible price for naming rights. Oh, yeah, when the delays happened and all the negative PR there was absolutely no chance of a blue-chip company touching it with a barge pole. Hopefully they can get something tied up fairly soon though.I’ve been a Levy critic but will concede he has probably been right to wait for the stadium to be finished before securing naming rights. That’s so sad ?We will need to (begrudgingly) spend more money in this aspect though.........

Probably from payments due to be made by instalment. We paid 11m agents fees despite not buying a soul?!?

The annual results filed by the club also show £116m was spent on new players in the period, with the likes of Brazil international Lucas Moura and defender Serge Aurier both coming in from Paris St-Germain.
Doesn't the figures still include 2017 transfers? As it's 17-18 figures.
On BBC website.
Levy's pay down to £3 million. I wonder how much will be made of that after last year
