How come we have no game from now til Monday 25th when we play Wycombe? Then just a couple of days till the PL game against Liverpool? Make no sense!

It’sa bit annoying that Liverpool get the extra day of rest, but then again by the time we play them we have one match v Wycombe whereas they have one v Burnley and one v Manchester United.

Yeah, they are. About half the league is in action this week to get caught up to 18/19 matches. I don't really see the problem here. Tottenham has a week off from matches. Probably works in our favour in honesty.

There were due to be 5 matches last midweek and 5 this midweek. Some teams catching up on postponed fixtures has slightly changed that

So do we think the Wycombe game will go ahead? I read last weak their last league game was cancelled due to COVID but not read anything since. We really can't afford for this to be rescheduled.

It's normally 10 days to isolate and they postponed their league game 11 days before our match so it should be fine.

Hopefully the week off and being able to play a reserve team will help us be fresh for that one. It would be a massive shot in the arm to beat them at home and go above them.

The week off i'm sure will serve us well going forward, bit weird a club impacted by Covid rejoins the fixtures vs two clubs recently hit with Covid. Guess can't hide forever.
