Lennon isn't shit, his going through poor form with his crossing, the rest of his games top quality imo.

Bentley isn't as fantastic as people are making out to be and if i had to choose between the two it would be Lennon all day long. Lennon's a unique player with his pace and direct style of play. Add more goals to his game which I reckon will come before he improves on his crossing, than we have a mega star.

Can anyone remember when Ronaldo game was based on crossing??

No, but what else is Lennon giving us at the minute? Im very disappointed with his lack of progression. He really offers very little now. Beating your man 2 or 3 times in 90 mins and wasting the opportunity isnt the sign of a great player is it?

Bentley isn't in the same league as Ronaldo(who can get away with being arrogant).

I agree, with the first sentiment, but Ronaldo was arrogant way before his talent backed it up. I'm not sure Bentley is arrogant anyway - there's a fine line between confidence and arrogant.

Do you actually think Bentley would come to us, after his Arsenal ties?

I'd welcome him in the squad, anyone who can deliver a ball like him is worth his weight, in my opinion.

This is exactly where I am on Lennon. His poor final ball has been an issue for some time now. It's the glaring shortfall in his play and we assume Gus and Juande must be hammering this home to him each week yet I've seen little improvement.

He's a good, exciting player and I love it that he can skin defenders but if he's incapable of developing further then you have to ask whether he can be upgraded.

And for me Bentley would be too expensive and not worth the money if indeed they would sell. I'd rather take a punt on a non-Prem player than get ripped off by Blackburn.

Many a person would have said the same about Sol a few years back, if it came up there was a chance of him joining the scum. Look what happened there and he was our captain!!!:bang:

The paper talk is that Bentley is not Wenger's biggest fan so maybe he would come (not just to prove a point to Wenger but that could add to his temptation to move back south:shrug:)
