Looks like, by and large, a very inexperienced group going, hopefully Nabil and Pritchard are kept behind to work on fitness or something but that seems far fetched.

Only gives the full squad a couple of weeks together at most before the league kicks off.

Maybe njie, bentaleb, and pritch (and possibly ward) are on an individual training program for intensive squad position/role/system (i.e. tactics) work, together with the obligatory pre-season fitness stuff.

Don't know why some are surprised and shocked. We had 11 players at the Euros, two of which played semis and 1 120 minute final. Of course they were not going to travel now. They may join up later in the tour though, not sure when they're due back.

N'jie and Pritchard are off for sure. I'll be really pissed off if we get rid of Bentaleb though.

In fairness, N'Jie, Bentaleb and Pritchard were all out for long periods last season with injury so that can't be coincidence that those 3 have remained behind can it?
