As mustard says Froch hasnt swerved any fighter in his life & deserves respect for that & for his amazing career. I also believe Groves will be a world champ, but not tomorrow, but it promises to be a belter of a fight & I for one love it

I think its going to be mental tear up and Froch puts him down inside 3.

It's not that I don't rate Groves or respect his utter dedication. I just think his inexperience will debilitate him massively. I have a feeling the crowd will be 70/30 in his favour as most attendees will not really know just how good Froch is and his london boy creds will favour him. Plus his Chelsea affection will endear him to at least 20k of the crowd. The mugs. It will put him off imo.

Froch will thrive on this. He knows he has to beat the crowd as well as the judges. He has experience of this from his first Kessler fight. He won't hang around.

The crowd singing for Groves will be something he hasnt really heard, including his breakthrough against degale. And to have wembley singing his name will make him overthink. Froch won't worry about that. He's had both ways. Albeit not at this decibel. But Froch is at his peak. Or close to what it ever was when you factor in experience.

He's lost that cobra speed a bit but fuck me, he still has a concussive uppercut that snaps up from his toes. Sure, groves will be looking for that but that's just something else for the poor fucker to think about as the crowd roar him on.

I'd be more worried for Froch if Booth was still his trainer.

Froch inside 3.

The only thing that has been winding me up is the amount of coverage sky sports news has been giving it. Been trying to follow our new manager stuff, every time I would flick over to see if there was any news. I have to wait at least 10 mins on fucking Foch vs Groves shit, felt like they would report if one of them picked his nose FFS. Anyway, Foch to knockout Groves round 8.
There is nothing to follow, nobody knows

Have giving up watching SKy Sport News or listening even to the bits of Talk Shite I like because of the endless droning on as they advertise this non event. Most people, like me, could not pick either of them out from a line up of 3 people. Can't wait for this to be over and done with...a first minute knockout would be best

I'm no expert on boxing but it's going to go one of two ways from what i've seen so far. I don't think there's any argument Froch underestimated Groves the first time around, so if he really is better prepared and not past his best like some seem to think then Groves could be in for some trouble. If Groves keeps his discipline and is as good or even better than last time then Froch's career could well be over tomorrow night.

Groves won't stop Froch and Froch won't outbox Groves. Either Froch knocks Groves out or Groves wins on points. My money's on the latter in a surprisingly dull fight.

Too much hype. Sky trying like hell to sell more ppv. Should be a decent fight but totally over the top build up.

Any one know whether this will be on TV in Indonesia? My brother is over there and is wondering if it is on or not.

This hype is all starting to sound like Kim and Kanye all over again. Another 2 fucks I don't care about.

And now they've dragged the ever articulate Nigel Benn out of his padded cell to give a thoughtful insight that makes Andy Townsend sound like a cross between Attenborough and Dimbleby

Couple of friends of mine were on that ITV show Stepping Out which Froch was in and I met him and his smoking hot misses at the wrap party. Came across as a pretty grounded bloke, no problem talking with me and my mate and having a picture taken with him despite the fact it was pretty private event.

I think he underestimated Groves last time and he won't let it happen again. Groves will have gained confidence from it though so should be a decent fight again but I think he missed his chance and Carl's experience will see him through.

I met Froch at one of the Collectormania events in Milton Keynes last year, and he was nice as pie.
However, I still want Groves to knock him down a peg or two!

Notts Forest v Chelsea... Froch for me
However does anyone know if John Terry is available to collect the belts if Groves wins?
