If we think it sucks to be a Spurs supporter, imagine how it feels supporting most of the other sides in the country. We don't have it so bad and we all need to realise that, stop feeling sorry for ourselves and bounce back. The weekend would be a good place to start.

We said it but I'm not sure many people really believed it. We still had a nervousness about us with Arsenal creeping up behind us like a steam train and the events of last weekend seemed to weigh heavy.

We have to get back to enjoying football. Everything seems far too much like hard work at the moment.

This sums up Spurs
24 shots, 11 corners - 1 goal.
Last 3 games we have had 68 shots, scored twice. Useless Cowards.

It's like a basketball team jacking up a load of slightly hopefull shots and hoping some go in. We aren't doing a good enough job at making easy scoring chances for ourselves because most of the time we have little idea of how to break down the opposition defence.

I don't remember a game where we had so many shots blocked by defenders....add to that all our corners seeming to hit the first man we never discovered whether their keeper actually had hands:(

Right now yes it sucks like hell, we have royally fucked up our last 4 matches whilst our bitter rivals win game after game and close a 10fucking point gap on us which looked inconsieveable earlier in the season...

Generally however being a Spurs fan lately has been great and we've been probably one of the best teams you could support over the last few seasons...going from a team who scraped a few UEFA cup finishes to being up the shitter bottom of the league to then over the next few seasons beating City Away in an epic run-in to claim 4th....when Crouch scored that goal...what a feeling!!! We start to beat our rivals for the first time in I don't know how long...we beat Arsenal Home and away, we hammer Inter Milan at the Lane and knock out AC Milan and get Real Madrid at our place...then we are 3rd for most of the next season within touching distance of the top2 and are touted rightly so at the time as title contenders...yes it's gone a bit to shit lately, but we are still in the FA Cup with a good shot at that and if we can just find some form will get top4 again...and this season that run we went on and some of the football we played has been some of the best we've ever seen at the Lane...so it's not all bad.

I don't think we'll finish in the top four this season, which is an utter failure considering how shit everyone has been this season.

I agree, we look shot to bits. No ideas and no faith.

It is terrible considering where we were 2 months ago

Can't agree with 'It sucks to be a Spurs supporter". We're still in a C.L. spot. We've still got some of the best players in the league. We're still going to get a new stadium. And we're still not West Ham.

Yet another of Harries failings or at the very least his coaching staff.

One of the best posts on here. Everyone forgets we could still be in the 90's or Portsmouth!

Not at all. After 20 minutes of the game against Arsenal we could have been and should have been cruising into third place by a football mile and automatic qualification for CL
Then the curse of N17 struck as all true Tottenham fans secretly feared.
Can we still make 4th? Of course we can. Will we? Who knows.
But hoping won't make it so.

As I was walking out of the toilets at Stansted airport yesterday morning, I had my Spurs training top on, all I heard was 'mind the gap'...turned around but it was so busy I had no idea who said it...fuckers, I knew that saying would come back to haunt us :bang:

We had a downstairs loo put in to avoid having to go upstairs all the time.
But going all the way to Stansted seems a bit extreme.
Will PM you the name of our builder, he's very good and not over-expensive.
