if Mahrez is 75m then Bale will be well over 100m
It's all about the situation of the selling team. Leicester without Mahrez take a massive step back. Madrid without Bale is still one of the best teams in the world. How much more would Lucas Moura have cost would he have played for Leicester vs not getting enough minutes at PSG?

A lot of talk lately has been about spurs getting to the next level. Having finished 3rd 2nd and 3rd in the last 3 years and moving into top stadium surely the next level is the very top level. Now obviously we dont have the bags of money that manx clubs do but if we have any chance of getting to the next level then we need to bite the arm off an opportunity to sign a top 5 in the world footballer if he is willing to sign for us. All this logical thinking about money is silly. Superstars bring in super money. If there is any chance of us gettin a sniff of bale then we gotta jump all over it if we r serious about challenging at the top. If bale leaves madrid i will be gutted if we dont bring him home.

Fuck it I’m gonna believe he’s coming back. The last couple of days prove the the journo don’t have a fucking clue, neither do any of us. So I’m believing right til the moment the facts say otherwise.

And i'll be the opposite. I wonder out of us who will be most disappointed?

Manchester United will offer Real Madrid 140m euros (£121.8m) for 28-year-old Welsh midfielder Gareth Bale. According to AS
https://as.com/futbol/2018/05/29/primera/1527609292_404163.html

After being the great hero of the Thirteenth, Bale took advantage of the celebrations of Madrid on the lawn of the Kiev Olympic to send a message: "I have to sit down with my agent and make a decision . " In this way, the Welshman opened the doors to a possible exit of the white club this summer. The English sports press opened its covers on Monday, signaling United's interest in signing a '11' target , for which it would be willing to offer 140 million euros and pay the player a net salary that exceeded 30 million euros, almost triple what it charges in Madrid (11 million). On Tuesday, the British newspaper Independent claims that Pochettino's Tottenham has joined the bid for the Cardiff end.

According to the English publication, Tottenham plans an operation to bring back the player who sold to Madrid for 101 million euros in the summer of 2013. This operation would include a salary cut for Bale , who would continue to charge 11 million net of the club, but that should renounce the income received by other commercial deals related to Madrid (the Independent says that these exceed 14 million annually). This contractual data would be very similar to what is currently charged by the Tottenham flagship player, Harry Kane , so Bale would not be the highest paid player in the London team . Of course, Tottenham is confident that despite these salary cuts, the desire of the Welshman to play all the minutes he does not have in Madrid and to return to the team in which he exploded as a player would be enough to convince the Welshman.

Interest of Bayern Munich
Bayern is the other great European team that has shown the most interest in signing Bale. As already reported in April that the Bavarian club would be willing to make an economic effort to take the Welsh winger, an option that did not seem to displease the player, who was left wanting a few weeks ago: " That you relate to Bayern is an honor for anyone . " Despite this, it seems that it is unlikely that the German team can reach the price that Madrid intends , close to 150 million euros.
