I think the only way they let him leave is if they get NeymarI think he's definitely off, just a question of where.

But they seem to buy with no clear plan. They make the most sense on one hand but also a bad fit on the other.
Didn't an ITK on here say Bale doesn't want to leave and 24 hours later Bale is practically issuing a come and get me plea on live TV.
It doesn't sound like he wants to stay whatsoever. I mean if Bale was happy it's a pretty easy response for him to say 'i love it here and have no plans to leave'. To me it sounds like he wants to return to the PL.
Maybe that ITK info was off. Can't see Poch not wanting a player like Bale either. Every manager in world football would want him.
Probably clutching at straws but I hope maybe ITKs have been given a bum steer as we are keeping it under wraps but we do actually want him.
Bale could leave Madrid on a proper high after tonight. Would be a perfect time to leave Madrid.
That goal will probably be my favourite non-Spurs (and England) goal forever.
An absolute worldy, in the CL final, by a former Spurs great, against Liverpool who have been especially annoying towards us this season. GLORIOUS.
Sadly him coming back is an absolute pipe dream, but that interview after the game was intriguing.
Coming here and winning something would be a perfect way to end a great career though.

Think more likely he'd be a makeweight for neymar.
Makes sense, sadly

Just to confirm: Bale has never played under Mourinho. If it's United...
I wonder if Giggs is using his influence? It's not like his Wales' place is likely to be in jeopardy, but wasn't Giggs Bale's idol growing up? I can't imagine he's doing anything other than selling United to Bale - and wasn't Bale a big favourite of Mourinho's, or am I getting mixed up there?
The scenes if he came back... I don't think any Spurs fan can truly be realistic about this. Of course it's unlikely, of course United have the bigger global stature, of course a move to Germany probably makes more sense... But the performance today just shows what we could have, with the ability to score at any time. 10 opposition players behind the ball? Bale just scores a worldie...
The thing is he can leave now having nothing left to prove. In Madrid he will always be remembered for that final and he can't really do much more than that. Had he not been such a major part of it he would have more motivation to stay.Ronaldo has basically said the same thing. Likely just Madrid politics. Probably just wants a new deal and reassurance that he'll be a key player again next season.
That said you never know. Would have been so easy for him to bat the question away.
Just to confirm: Bale has never played under Mourinho.
