I guess we can expect that Gattuso will be fined and suspended further for his overall behaviour not just at the end of the game but throughout?

And for that matter, Flamini too based on video evidence??? Cos he should be suspended too for the 2nd leg at least, apology or not.

Flamini - once a dirty summer, always a dirty scummer. that challenge was an absolute disgrace.

Gattuso - couldn't rig a win, so nutted someone from glasgow. smart move.

Flamini should have been sent off, Gattuso should have had a red for the push in the face of Jordan, the fourth official see it as well he was standing right there.

The refs done Milan a favour today but still they couldn't produce the goods
And don't forget we should have had a penalty in the first minute!

Its FLAMINI that reallly got my blood boiling the dirst b'stard ..... as for Gatusso..... what a retard.....

That was where the ref lost it, for me...up until then he had a really good game, but from giving a yellow, to allowing Flamini and his team-mates to mouth-off (like he/they were the victims), to the way they were harrassing Charlie, like he wasn't seriously injured and was play acting - it all gave a green light to Gatusso IMHO.

p.s. Yeah, I kept on thinking gatusso was foul-throwing, but thought it was just my imagining it, and he couldn't really be.

Can we petition Sky to get Jordan and Gattuso together for the next UFC.

Would make Ali/Foreman/Fraiser look like a girlie pillow-fight.

It could be titled the "Larruping at the Lane". We've had boxing at the Lane before, most notably the fight on 21 September 1991 where Michael Watson collapsed with a near fatal brain injury after his fight with Chris Eubank.*

I'm with 'Arry - my money would be on Joe!

* I can't post any images as they are Getty copyright, but there are plenty of pics on Google of that fight.

Legend back in the old days and after last night's theatrics, a legend now.

I wish he'd played for us for the last 10 years. He's a competitor and winner. I love the little ****.

Both in the Inter and AC games we've managed to rile one of their top players and captains in Lucio and Gattuso where the toys have been well and truly thrown out the pram - It's good, it's what happens when top players not used to losing get one stuck on them. Lets hope it continues.
