I'd put him in the same bracket as someone like Schneiderlin so 25m seems about the going rate. I am more worried about his wages, he moved to Monaco at a time when they were throwing money around so he may have a pretty hefty contract. They also have a good shot at CL football next year, and I don't think he'll move if they get it.

He's a monster. Would love him, but he's way out of our league. Wouldn't be surprised to see someone like Real buy him in the summer after they decide they need some steel to go with the Galactacos.

My thought would be no: Monaco are back in the CL next year, playing well under Jardim and really seem to be developing a sustainable future thanks to looking to youth.
Shame as he's an absolute beast.

Yeah, I'm just watching the Arsenal Vs Monaco (1-3) CL game again, mainly to have a look at Anthony Martial, but Monaco have got a pretty decent team there. Knodogbia, like you say is a beast. I also like the look of Abdennour.

Monaco have CL now and still pay big wages. We'll have difficulty stealing any of their players this window.

Kondogbia has been linked again....but, as the article states, it can well be that yet a again an agent's using Spurs to drum up interest. It seems Spurs is a "popular" club amongst agents when it comes to choice for getting "attention"....

Now AC Milan are "supposed" to be closing in on him, with an offer of Euros 27M. Can't blame the guy if he preferere Milan over Spurs but - if that indeed is his price (I thought he'd cost more) - then I hope Spurs try to scupper the Milan deal.
