Would make sense to me if Dier wasn't playing well.. But Romano has continued saying we want Pau Torres (again on his podcast today) for the Summer.

I think Bremer is better suited to the premier league than Torres tbf
Torres reminds me of Lindelof and Villareal would probably want upwards of £40m+

This is the defender we need and one I want the most out of all defenders we have been linked with. He plays LCB and Diers role. Very much in the Romero style of defender where he is good on the ball and steps forward to defend and not drop off. Him Romero and Dier would form in my opinion the best defence in the league. Unfortunately I feel he will go Inter.

I don't totally disagree with that... Although I don't think Bremer would be super cheap as he's Torino's best player.

Right footed, plays mostly in the center of a back 3 but can cover on the left.

Milan have identified Bremer as the possible name for the defense of the future.According to the Journal , the Rossoneri are in the running for the Torino defender together with the cousins of the ' Inter and Tottenhamin Conte . Bremer would have refused the renewal of the contract offered by the 'Toro' and is due to expire in June 2023, with the patron grenade Cairo valuing it no less than 25 million euros.
The central defensive will expire in 2023 and, to risk not losing it to zero, Cairo would have studied a sort of "market pact". According to reports from Tuttosport, in fact, the parties would work on a renewal of the contract which, however, would not close the doors to the market

Newcastle or contract extension. Easy choice. As others said don't we need a lcb more urgently?

He can and does play LCB, but just like Romero at Atalanta, Torino play their best ball player and one that attacks the ball as their central defender and the other 2 are the sweeper defenders that drop off.
