I dont know about anyone else but hearing the crowd singing "Glory, Glory" on Wednesday night really had the hairs standing up on the back of my neck.
It seems to me that this season is setting itself up to hopefully be one of our best since the Burkinshaw years, and these are my reasons:
1) Harry Redknapp. He is basically the manager we have been crying out for this whole time.
2) The best squad Ive known in my years as a Spurs fan.
3) The pressure is on everyone else. The media have almost completely written us off as no hopers due to the spending of Man City and Liverpool.
4) Champions League football. Going to the San Siro will be awesome!
5) 50th anniversary of the Double. Hopefully the ongoing celebrations will spur the players on further, but if we need that little bit of extra luck...
6) The year ends in a 1!!!
I would like to think that this could be the season when the world finally stands up and takes notice of Tottenham Hotspur once again.
Come on you Spurs...
