I remember him clattering his defenders when we played PSV last year and today he proceeded to take out Charlie twice withing 2 minutes. Reckless or collateral damage? What do you think?

No, it was Gomes' knee.

I think he's one of the best keepers on the planet. I absolutely love the way he commands his area, and things like this will happen as a result.

People moaned at Blobbo not commanding his area. We now have a keeper who comes for the ball and cleans out any bystanders. Nowt wrong with that.

Has anyone seen Stoke play this year?
Their source of goals up until today was long throws - Gomes did his bit but naive defending in particular by Gareth Bale undid us.
