I was going to name this thread "Team bonding" but Jan sums it up quite well.
I read a few quotes about "team bonding" and I think we can take away a lot from this tour and who Poch wants to see. Also very telling on the players he didn't bring as maybe rumours are true and they are disruptive.
One of our issues for the past few seasons is that it seems like a team of strangers. These players need to know each other inside out and almost know what the other is thinking before he does.
I think, as a team, these guys need to be sleeping in the same bed until they know the smell of each others farts.
EDIT*
Andros Townsend:
Jan Vertonghen says there’s a real feel-good factor among the players after we made it back-to-back wins on our post-season tour with a 1-0 victory over Sydney FC on Saturday.
“The tour is also good for team bonding – we’re always with each in the team hotel and coming to different countries together is brilliant. It’s been a good week for the team.”

Andros Townsend:
"I think the main thing you get out of a trip like this is the team bonding. It's been a tough season, and we've all given sweat and blood during the campaign, so I think it's important to relax together and bond as a team," he said.
