As some of you might know, Gooners have a day they call "St Totteringham's Day" which is when they celebrate us not being able to finish higher than them in the league.

I was thinking that we need something similar. How about a name for a day when they crash out of Europe, which I'm delighted to say they do every year they've been in the CL without fail?

Gunned Down Day?
Goodbye Gooner Day?
Goodnight Gooners?

What do you think? Any ideas? It would be good to have a term that could be used in the media so nothing too sweary unless it's a clever acronym .

This one I like. The patron saint of haemorrhoids, syphilis and venereal disease! Curiously, also the patron saint of florists and tile makers and taxi drivers.

Good effort by Fordy as well

OK they survived last night, but that will only make their inevitable exit all the sweeter! Mwa hahahaha!

:shifty:

They were very good last night as much as it pains me to say it. They did of course benefit from Milan (bar Kaka and Maldini) being pants, but credit where it's due.

I think Milan's ageing squad might finally be catching up with them.
