after a long hard think today i have decided to quit this message board....

ive been a member for years & im afraid it has become increasingly hard for board members to express their opinions, wether they be deemed right or wrong, without them being either persecuted & ganged upon or abused by pm etc, etc...

whats more dissapointing to me is that the mods on here seem to be letting the whole reason for this site existing (peoples opinions) be submerged under a barrage of abuse or bullying......mods your not stopping this....your not enforcing peoples rights to have an opinion on an opinion based website!!

its sad, i love this place & submerge myself whilst in work for hours etc but there has to be a point when enough is enough!

im a big boy & i will get over it:razz:

ok peeps well i truly hope we are all celebrating at the end of this season & many more in the future.....its what we all want (something i think people forget when they are abusing other posters!)...the best for our great club!

ive made some great friends here & i will miss you all....take it easy!

Look at it like this: You can't make negative thread after negative thread and not expect to get knocked down. Around 50 % of your threads are, dare i say it, jerking of the knee type threads that you post on the evening of a match. You are so clearly anti Harry that it clouds every judgement you make about Spurs.

You made a thread last season about how Harry should be sacked and just days after that thread, we beat Chelsea, Arsenal and City to finish 4th. You held your hands up and admitted you were completely wrong, but that was because you had to. Now this season, the second things go against us, you're straight back in his face again saying how shit this is, or how shit that is, or how unacceptable this is etc. You obviously haven't learnt since last season and therefore it's difficult to read your posts and not get wound up with some of the anti Harry stuff you regularly spout.

People have every right to be disappointed with our start because we haven't picked up the points we all thought we might against 'lesser' teams. All criticism should be well thought out and relevant to each match. You shouldn't forget what the man you're slagging off did for us last season, just because it's not going well this season. It's basic respect for our manager. The one that took us to 4th place. And for the record, i've seen a few people mention that 4th place was sort of in spite of him rather than because of him, due to the quality of players in the squad. Well that's crap too. Firstly, he identified our main weaknesses and responded with the likes of Palacios and Defoe. It was he who got these players in and he who got the best out of them.

But anyway, i digress. The bottom line for me is that if just one of your threads (bar this one....) didn't mention something about Harry fucking up, then your posts may be a lot easier to take. As it stands, with you now leaving, that's around a quarter of all negative threads in SC wiped out in one go.
