Seriously, wtf!?!

This smacks of shocking scouting and an embarrassing lack of ambition.

If this transfer comes to fruition I'll be very, very disappointed with the club. Although Holt had a very good season, he is an aging thug. We can't have a strike force that we need to replace in a few years. We need to go for young, promising talent like Luuk De Jong, Doumbia, Damiao etc. We can't keep signing aging players, it's not good for the club. Build for the future.

Would be an extremely disappointing signing, but someone i'm sure Redknapp would love to have

The guy is 31 and has one season's Premier League experience. That is not the type of player that Redknapp goes for. There is absolutely no way that he will become a Spurs player. Lambert may take him to Villa, otherwise he'll go to some relegation fodder such as the Spammers

Got nothing against Holt. Honest hard, working striker with a solid all round game. Not the kind of signing the club needs imo. We have been talking about the marquee striker for 3 or 4 transfer windows now. People are starting to lose faith.

I would be very happy with Holt, he is a upgrade on Saha/Pav and can play well up front on his own unlike Defoe, He would be a brilliant 3rd choice striker for 2/3 years imo

The Norwich board announced recently that Holt is off limits and no deals for him will be considered, so rest easy :)
