A controlled performance by England but we haven't really looked like scoring. Rashford is either miss-controlling the ball or giving it away with alarming regularity. Henderson doesn't offer enough going forward to get the most out of this game. I'd love to see a trio of Grealish, Foden and Saka playing behind Kane and in front of Bellingham and Rice in midfield.

Totally, this is a game for more than one player getting in between the lines opposed to runners.

Get the 2nd half started and see if Wales change anything.

Yeah, I'd be tempted to have Grealish on for Hendo, with a midfield 2 of Rice and Bellingham, then Foden, Grealish and Rashford behind Kane.
But yeah, I don't think we should make that change just yet and don't think Southgate will either.

Kane getting stick off Shearer for not just standing on the penalty spot does annoy me. The maguire "cross" was crazy as Harry came out holding his man off and asking for the ball to feet. Maguire ignores him and then wildly slashes the ball across the box.

I won't say Kane is right to drop as much as he does, but even if he just stayed in the box, he'd still get ignored.
