Over Croatia?
It would be a great achievement from them if they could.
As I said I can’t be trusted. But I think Canada will surprise a lot of people who don’t watch them regularly. Davies is a special, special player but it was a true team effort to top CONCACAF.

I have both Belgium and Croatia down to get knocked out by the first good side they meet, I think both teams are properly on the way down compared with 2018. This is a really good group because I think both Canada and Morocco are better sides than we might think and will make it really tough for the Europeans to the point where one of them may well go through.

I agree both Belgium and Croatia are ageing teams and will struggle.

I don't know anything about the Moroccan football team, and Canada have a couple of good players. Should be a good group

There are some good players at Morocco. Hakimi and Mazraoui will be flying full backs, Ziyech we know of, there are a couple of Sevilla players in Bounou and El-Nesyri, Roman Saiss at Wolves. Definitely some decent players there.

I would not be surprised at all if Canada steal a point from Belgium on Wednesday.

Didn't realise how many recognisable names they had. Will certainly make their games more interesting.

They're 2002 USA. They play with a ton of heart and outperform their talent level (obviously Davies is elite).

Ziyech looking really good. Wouldn't mind a loan for him in January. Hakimi fabulous too but obviously no chance of getting him.

Morocco are pressing Gvardiol and Lovren well.

Perisic playing well too, nearly scored from 30 yards.

Don't think Chelsea would sell to us, let alone loan us one of their players.

Having been on the bench for the vast majority of games at Chelsea you would also think that his next club would be somewhere where he is destined to be the main guy on the right (rather than competing with Kulu).

Maybe. I think the regime change could mean more business between the clubs again.
