Forget next summer; this has to be fixed before January. Kane says he staying at Spurs "this summer". He doesn't say anything about where he will be come January.

We’ll be in exactly the same situation except there will be matches going on and Kane will be focused on scoring. He still won’t be able to move in January unless someone pays the valuation. The media will obviously stir it up again but we know the only way he’ll move is if we get the money.

SSN's narrative coming across as them being absolutely gutted. They're asking already, are we going to be going through this again in January?

SSN is awful.

The cognitive dissonance required to act like they have no choice in their own editorial choices is mind bending.

Absolute contempt for the intelligence of their audience.

Roll on the Premier League TV streaming service.

That was the way to go to restore some image with the fans.

He knew little chance of the move happening but knew a similar statement after the window shuts, with no move, wouldnt carry anywhere near the same weight with the fans.

Clearly under better advisement.

This whole time, everyone has speculated as to the reason Tottenham haven't sold Kane as if there was another reason other than City not being prepared to pay our valuation. Kane is staying because City didn't want to pay, Levy isn't selling because City didn't want to pay, City haven't signed him because they didn't want to pay. They didn't want to pay. The only people responsible for this move not happening are Manchester City. That's it. Fuck me.

Man some of you are sour. You take all the Spurs shit so seriously, do you get so angry at characters from EastEnders? He is just a character in an entertainment show after all. Harry ows you or this club nothing, he is a player who has earned every penny of his wages since making his debut for this club. He wants professional success, dont we all. We dont actually KNOW the ins and outs of who said what to whom re unwritten agreements and holiday plans and have built a narrative that paints Tottenham's best player in 30+ years as the villain. Truth is without him this season we will be fighting for 6-9th place in the league. With him we have a shot at aiming higher. His staying is great news and he will always be one of our greatest players no matter where his career takes him in the next few seasons and you can guarantee he will be trying to bag as many goals as possible again this season as he has for the past 6 or 7 years. He is one of our own and we need to support him as such for one more season.

Why are those 2 (Darmesh and Kaveh) the chosen 2 to talk about big footballing events like this? Who the flying fuck are they to say if it’s a win for Spurs or not. Of course it’s a win for us. Darmesh is such an arrogant prick and Kaveh pauses like Ross Geller half the time he talks. They often swap stances on Kane too, it’s just so all over the place.

It’s so annoying listening to them talking about it but if the alternative are D-rate ex footballers like O’Hara or Agbonlafuckingwhore then I guess we’re fucked anyway. Get an ex Spurs player and an ex City player to have it out and get someone with a hint of intelligence to referee it. Whether it’s in the studio discussing it or in the boxing ring fucking each other up.

Blue. The Stoke of the Moons.

We can go live to Blue Moon for their reaction…

Between now and Saturday is the only real time he can push for the move. We play Sunday then he joins up with England the same day. He won’t want to piss southgate off with transfer talks during England duty or dealing with the questions of it. It’s his last card to play.

I go back to what I posted last night. His time was running out. We are lucky that the England games are coming up. I bet he was under pressure from Southgate to get this sorted before Sunday.

He could easily go in the January window. The wording ‘summer’ and not ‘season’ keeps that door open
I'm sure he wants to keep the opportunity of leaving open but I just have a feeling his best chance was this summer, It won't be in January, next year the landscape on the continent could be very different financially you also have Haaland/Mbappe if he doesn't go now to Madrid, any anyone else that has a good season.
