No, but I think they'll go away from the meeting knowing what they need to do.I'm just not convinced that this saga will be over today. I just can't see bayern offering what we want.

Whatever happens, I'll be glued to TV watching Spurs all this season and how ever many more seasons I have left.
How Kane is doing in Germany will be of little interest to me.
It looks like the manager is going to play some nice front foot football which I am excited about.
I am also looking forward to how we spend our money during the rest of this window.
I'm not interested in losing my shit though as we have no idea how good we'll be this season.
Oh and predicting the future is not reality.
Of course it won't...not doubt they will put together the framework of a deal today but it will continue well into next week...I'm just not convinced that this saga will be over today. I just can't see bayern offering what we want.
I'm actually looking forward to going on the 19th. Probably for the first time in around 8-9 monthsBring on all your hate - but I think we will score more goals, and finish higher than 8th this season - without Kane.
Football is a team sport. I think we have become too reliant on just a few players. Without Kane to rely on - I think we will see several players step up into bigger roles this season.
We may not have a 30-goal scorer in the squad - but we will have more players involved in the build-up and in the goals.
You are correct and I dont disagree, but when I hear this there is this little Demon on my shoulder saying that he has been WELL paid to play Football for Tottenham Hotspur.Out of all the players that have left to go to "bigger clubs", Kane deserves more respect than any of them by far.
He's given everything for this club from the age of 11. And in that time, graced us with so many memories.
We can't be bitter about him leaving when we all know that our ownership are only willing to invest enough to remain in CL spots. Kane always said that if we matched his ambitions then he would remain at Spurs - we have failed to do this.
Wish him all the best over in Germany.
If we're just looking at CBs since the sale of Toby in 2021/22? We've signed Romero, Rodon and Lenglet. Tanganga was promoted and Davies has been (i'd say successfully) utilised as a LCB option. That just shows me that other clubs are prepared to attempt to fix the issues.
Sure, not every signing will work out but if you don't sign anyone, it's definitely not going to fix the problem.
I don't expect every signing to be great but I wouldn't mind if the club actually tried signing some.
How many cb's have we signed to fix the hole that was originally pointed out by Jose?
Lenglet. On loan.
It's not even about how much they cost.

It's in everyone's interests for it to be done. We need 2 centre backs in for Shakhtar and a forward on the plane to Barcelona. No more excuses. No, but I think they'll go away from the meeting knowing what they need to do.
Harder to shut down a whole team than it is to key on one guy.Bring on all your hate - but I think we will score more goals, and finish higher than 8th this season - without Kane.

Regardless when this gets done, no way we get more than 1 CB in before the last week of the window. We will drag the deals out to try get better deals as always. It's in everyone's interests for it to be done. We need 2 centre backs in for Shakhtar and a forward on the plane to Barcelona. Getting fit and ready for his Bayern debutA reliable source at Tottenham Hotspur has informed media that Harry Kane has been so dedicated to training with Spurs that he's getting to the ground a couple of hours before everyone else to put his towel down. Make of that what you will…
(This post was not intended to racially offend any Germans amongst the group)
We had Sydney Wale who appointed Terry Neill to succeed Bill , that was a bright move, if you thought Jose and Conte were boring, think again. But Levy wasnt the chairman then
That’s the nature of football and he could have earned a lot more elsewhere.Always a tough one to take seriously the idea that we've abused his loyalty and let him down, when as a Tottenham player he's probably earned north of £150m during contracts that he's signed to play for this club.
