They came with the same offer Monday we didn't expect this. they have had 4 days since to revise their offer which they have not. There's no resolve Daniel won't sell for any less and Harry knows this a meeting has been had internally.

Bayern is tying every tactic in the book it won't work.

it's pretty straightforward meet the asking price or don't.
This whole thing seems like a game or some kind of ego boast to these people. I mean when interested in a player, isn't there some sort of dialog with regards to the fee?
So for instance BM would have made contact with Spurs to ask what sort of fee they would be willing to accept for Kane. Levy said 100m of nothing. BM have already made contact with Kane and knows that he would be happy to remain at the club but would really be very interested in joining BM this season. Why then would BM think that they can get the player for less? I mean if Kane said to them that he is willing to push for a move then the balance moves in BM's favour and maybe they could shave that 20m off the asking price.
Is this not a waste of time for both the clubs and the player?

Sky now saying Kane is happy with the new manager and happy to stay and play if a deal is agreed. Feels like another brief from Harry's camp.

Think the Kane's have grown tired of Bayern's haggling and have told them to pay up or move on.

I think Bayern have overestimated how much Kane wants to go there and underestimated how stubborn Levy is on valuation.

This is the man that made Madrid pay a higher fee for Bale than Ronaldo, despite knowing it would not go down well (think it was slightly less if you apply the inflation method).

What's baffling to me is that Bayern could almost certainly afford even €120m+ if they wanted to. If they want Kane, this is their one chance to get him and (say) €20m extra on their Monday offer, while a lot of money in objective terms, wouldn't normally be a dealbreaker for getting a world class striker, perhaps the best striker in the world right now.

If he comes and they win the CL then they'll think it was a sound investment.

think he stays tbf. all of this bayern bluster is just desperation and they're trying to use the media to get it over the line. If they've not met the price and H is happy to stay if it's not been met, that that's all there is to it. bayern can go fuck themselves.

Yeah we hold little leverage here & what leverage we do hold would get blown out the window at any moment if Kane pushes for a move. And that’s what Bayern want so they dont have to come up on their price.

I dont see there as being any deadline here. It just doesnt make any sense for their to be. It is unreasonable to believe that if Bayern suddenly bid £120m at 5:59 on their deadline, that Levy would reject. He’d be clinically insane to reject that money for an asset he’ll lose for free in 12 months time. He’d 100% accept & use his remaining 5 hours to panic buy a replacement.
If Levy will only accept a certain price and is happy to risk losing for free next year (something we simply don’t know and anyone who offers an opinion can only be speculating based on their own ideas about Levy and whether he would ever sacrifice 80m+) then he holds all the power.

I think it's the fact that they can afford to pay the actual asking price which is making ITK wary. Right now it does feel like they don't want to pay it though.

Bayern have been around long enough to know how serious Levy is with numbers and yet they still try to get one over on him with their big bratwurst bullying tactics. This isn’t the Bundesliga knobheads, put up or shut up.

As the report says they are walking a tightrope here, I think there's every chance this all blows up in their face.

Miss out on Kane and they are going to get quoted similar or bigger fees for inferior (albeit younger) Strikers.

£86/87m inc add-ons should not do it. Always thought £100m is the magic number and this is way below

Bayern getting desperate with that "deadline" IMO

Think he stays

Yea it all depends on how it’s made up. 100 million euros up front with a potential for 15 million more for winning the title and other achievements would get it done.

What do they mean by stay play if a new deal is agreed? Do they mean Kane signing new deal with Spurs?

You'd think they've had some encouragement from our side that this final offer would be deemed acceptable because I cannot fathom in 12 months time they will be anywhere near Kane's top destination.

A game of poker for sure but now it's ultimately time to shit or get off the pot for Bayern.
