Well, you should be suprised as there’s absolutely no evidence of this ‘policy’ since the stadiums been in full use. We'll see what the next few weeks bring but I wouldn't be at all surprised if Levy has only been spending Kane money.

Not sure Vlahovic is the answer upfront but we absolutely need ready made players and not potential at this stage.I'd rather Tapsoba/Silva and Vlahovic (or similar) than 3-4 youth/potentials.
I think the danger is to try and fix everything at once. This is all about a new start (was always going to be whether Kane left now or next Summer). I'd rather we picked up good quality players with room to grow and develop over a period of two or three seasons rather than rush to buy whoever is available now for big money, regardless of their fit for the squad. Kane is a once in a generation player. I am thrilled that he was ours and gutted that we couldn't pick up a trophy or two during peak Poch. We are not going to replace him, so as someone said earlier, let's bank those memories and find new heroes. COYS.Depends on how many players that money is spent on doesn't it.
You are correct we will know soon enoughRicharlison said the reports of him needing surgery was "fake", but he still might be injured.... Has it been confirmed. It's so hard to keep up at the moment.
It’s €100m plus up to €20m more which is a fair bit less than £120m even if the pound ain’t great! That is gutting if it’s the case. Had been very much under the impression we’d not buckled - raises the question of what we were actually deeming an “acceptable” offer it’s way less than £120m
I honestly think he would bag for us. He’s a great finisher, lost his way at Juve last year and is available for between 60/80 million euro. Not sure Vlahovic is the answer upfront but we absolutely need ready made players and not potential at this stage.
I think you have to look at Vlahovic in the front foot attacking Fiorentina side rather than the ultra pragmatic Juve team. Not sure Vlahovic is the answer upfront but we absolutely need ready made players and not potential at this stage.
Arguably they only did managerial succession planning very well once. Potter to de Zerbi. That i would consider us a well run club if we did what they do specifically? No because the context of our club is different with the profile and revenue we have. But if we were good at succession planning generally, which they do incredibly well, then i would say yes.
Brighton are a well run club, just a smaller club.
We're a bigger club thats been terribly run in recent years when it comes to our team/manager.
Orban and a decent CB and we have a competitive squad. Would have hoped we can get better than Per Schuurs though.100% opinion, but I don't think people should get their hopes up about us reinvesting the money.
The '100m last summer' was a loan that allowed us to get Richarlison and eventually Maddison in as Kane's replacement in aggregate.
I reckon we'll go in for Orban and another CB at around 60m total and thats it. And then whatever happens with the hojberg situation.
Years ago there was a bunch of print workers in our hotel in Ibiza. On their way back from a very late night out they saw towels already down on the loungers so they threw them all into the pool. Brilliant.Currently sitting by a pool in Spain. Lifeguard removes the towels from the sun loungers in front of us as they’ve not been used all morning. The culprits arrive sometime later in a state of disgust that their towels (and reserved sun loungers) have gone. The icing on the cake is that the teenage son has a Bayern Munich top on. Take that you Kane stealing w*nkers
Quite. Spurs fans need to cool the talk on a flurry of signings imo.Depends on how many players that money is spent on doesn't it.
Generally I bemoan the opportunistic bargain hunting but this is a good opportunity to pick up Vlahovic for an affordable price. If we create chances for him he will put them away.I think you have to look at Vlahovic in the front foot attacking Fiorentina side rather than the ultra pragmatic Juve team.
but Herc said no chance for Vlahovic around 2 weeks ago, donno if things have changed thoughGenerally I bemoan the opportunistic bargain hunting but this is a good opportunity to pick up Vlahovic for an affordable price. If we create chances for him he will put them away.
