My Mum can walk freely and she couldn't play 90 mins at the highest level. Strange comment. Maybe he can walk perfectly but can't run? or take the force of a hard tackle?

Yes youre right but you are looking at H in a very isolated way. The one thing H has always managed is fast recovery, always quicker than anticipated, often leaving Poch shaking his head in disbelief.

Now here we are, one good win away from a CL Final and one win away from CL qualification again.

If H is fit, you try stopping him from playing...

The problem with recovering from all these injuries so quickly is the fact he might be crocked completely by the age of 30.

So despite the 'no chance' from jesus the other day, is there some internal shithousing going on where we can expect him back as a surprise for next week? The surprise return would seriously fuck their heads

If there's a game to risk a half-fit Kane in it's the second leg against Ajax. Particularly if we wrap up top 4 this weekend.

Nothing to lose, absolutely everything to gain. As others have said, I'd pick a 70% fit Kane over Llorente (not that I don't appreciate his effort) 10 times out of 10.

Even if we name him as a substitute with no intention of using him, it could fuck with them. Gives them something else to think about then BAM SONNY HATTRICK.

Yes but that is a complete waste of a space on the bench. What if 5 defenders get injured, we’d look pretty silly not having one to come on in their place. :cautious:

what are the actual chances of Kane playing the second leg though, realistically?

Absolute scenes if he makes it. Can you imagine the reaction if Poch's CL presser reveals that big H has pissed a late fatness test* and will be starting the game?

* In homage to Bob Wilson.
