And before anyone brings up Michael Ricketts or Marcus Stewart or even Kevin Davies, compare the way those guys played football to the say that Kane does, Kane has an infinite amount more talent than the 3 of them which is why we shouldn't be worried.

The people who call him a donkey or don't think he's any good do not understand football.

No.

People just have a different opinion to yours.

I don't think Kane is rubbish or a donkey. Just not as good as we think he is.
He had a stellar purple patch season, great memories, just don't expect it to be repeated.

Kane is very talented, every player in the world has a drought of some sort. All we can do is support him because he will deliver very soon

Kane is fine, good holding of the ball and passing, a couple went astray, but considering he was surrounded by 3/4 players all eve he did well. Fuckwits tweeting he had a bad game know fk all about football, they just want to belittle anything Spurs. Just needs two or three goals to get going.

Some people can never be pleased. Kane isn't tired it's just his playing style and the way he looks and no he isn't a donkey...If you watch him (forget goals for a minute) he puts in so much work. England's second goal Kane wins an important flick on that leads to the goal and his overall hold up play was good (imo) Kane is a proper player....once the goals start flowing again (and it will) the same people will still complain.

"Don't think he's as good as we think he is"?... What does that even mean? How are you meant to gauge how good we think he is, are you going by yout personal perception, majority of the fanbase, media reaction?

As far as I know no-one has labelled him as good as Aguero or even Diego Costa but we do know he has a lot of talent and he can score a variety of goals. Everyone knows that this season was always gonna be a pressured season for him because of the season he had last season and the unfortunate circumstances Spurs have put him in.

It's almost as if people are alien to young players not being able to maintan consistency, we've had this before with many players in this league heck we had it with Bale in the past there's gonna be times where he will struggle as he's still growing up and learning the game, why the need to evaluate his ability now?

When we start losing then the pressure will crank up a notch or two.
Till then the pressure is off.
Do you really care if we're not losing? I don't, it's a team game and we're THFC not Kane FC.

You are all wrong.

The answer is really simply and staring you all in the face, you are just having a hard time accepting it.

Harry Kane is not as good as you think he is. He will never again score 20 goals in an EPL season, we should have taken £50M (if offered) in the summer.

There I said it.

I wish there was a fuck right off rating at this point.

His work rate is superb. In the city game he ran the defence ragged, and won free kicks all over the park. I would have loved to see kane play with an intelligent forward like robbie keane.

Give Kane some time, we need him to grab a double. Hopefully against pool :)

He's still a good player for us without those goals. And plenty of decent teams have had players lead the line well without necessarily scoring at his world class rate of last season. Obviously we want the goals back but if he keeps work rate up and lets others get in there for goals he's still a quality team player

Not sure if serious? That second goal was own goal and that "set up" was short pass to Barkley who scored from 25 yards. (y)

He was involved with the build up to all three England goals and was a good target man. Goals will always be what a forward will be judged by, but the best forwards do more than just score goals and that's why Kane is still a great forward. The goals should come...he is getting into the right places, he is getting the shots in and he is still working hard. Lack of confidence means he is not always putting away one or two chances at present. He's also still young enough to not always be taking the right choices. Also, don't forget, he wasn't our first choice forward at this point last year. There's still a lot of football to play, so best to judge at the end of the season how he's currently doing. Meantime, Spurs and England are still winning and Kane is contributing to that in other ways, so overall it dosn't matter a great deal.
