To lose weight you need to increase the amount of energy you use through physical activity and/or reduce the amount of energy you take in through food and drink. Anyone who tells you anything else is generally more interested in lightening your wallet than you or a crank. As for a six pack, the only people I know with six packs are my daughters so you could try 15+ hours of intensive gymnastics training a week.

Is Chi a Lizard of great renown?

Actually it is energy, you know that the east takes as self evident, the west denies largely.

His wife invited me over actually and they have some of my work, in return they gave me a couple of tickets to his show (2005), 7hours odd and no mention of shape shifting reptilians! Was quite disappointed to be honest as I wanted to know more about that.

It was an interesting experience.

Ledge mate, will PM you most likely for more advice, if that is OK??

No worries, PM Ok as long as not more than an odd 'what do you think of this', as I have a life, honest!

The bath is the biggest fat loss 'cheat' I know of (posh spice has them, especially the night before an event for example) you may want to have sodium in it also every other time. You can get Mag Sulphate in 10/20kg bags on eBay (B.P) very cheap (relative to the shops). If you really want to ramp up then you could have 1litre of 12% H2O2 in it also, but be very careful with that (it makes it an expensive bath but much, much more oxygen rich), do your own research!

If you are eating processed fats/oils then consider some lecithin, this may replace the acids destroyed in processing the oils which make them very close chemically to plastic (makes it easier for your body to deal with this, replacing the lost emulsifier, plus 30% of the brains dry composition is Lecithin and 20% Nerves). Because of the levels of 'damaged fats' we all overly often eat, this should be considered a superfood IMO. We have a tub I get out on days we've been for a burger type meal, along with some good quality Flax oil.

http://superfoodfacts.info/lecithin/ (not supporting their site/product but that appears a decent overview).

My thought are proteins chiefly in the middle of the day, none 4-6 hours before bed, this runs contrary to popular weight training thought I know, but protein needs more oxygen to digest so your body may struggle to repair while you sleep if still digesting protein. But then I've never been a serious trainer in the bulking sense.

No more!

What in the world is this

International week bro'

If people stop asking questions I'll stop!

Hope Harry looks fresher at the weekend, but think he might start on the bench (I would in Pochs place).

He will be, as long as he has his daily protein/piss shake in the middle of the day and gets his breathing squared away.

Skrtel accusing him of trying to get him sent off is a joke. No Skrtel you ****ing thug, you got sent off for stamping on a player because you are a ****.

I miss him. The team hasn't missed him too bad but I have. It doesn't feel the same watching us play without him. I hope he is back and ready to go against WBA or shortly after!

Not sure about anybody else but I have had to bat idiot after idiot away this week claiming we are better without Kane. I absolutely hate the amount of shit he gets.

Yep I miss him too, it feels a little empty without him up top...

Yep annoying me too, Kane is awesome, people need to show some damn loyalty to players especially those who were the top scorer in the league last season! (even more impressive given his slow start).

Think we should let him fully recover, if that means another 2-3 weeks then so be it, we're doing alright without him anyway.

imo this injury is a blessing in disguise. before his rise to fame he was playing really well as a unit.

by passing the ball to a more open teammates made the defender leave him, thus creating more space for himself in return.

as he got more comfortable with scoring he actually went away from that style and started being too selfish. selfishness is good, but look at suarez/messi. they know when to score and knows exactly when they should pass as well.

with him having to work back into the team will make him play more as a unit, less as an individual. i look forward to seeing him becoming a more complete player after this period of hiatus

Any recevt updates as to how his recovery's going? We could really use him back right about now ... goals don't seem to be transpiring from anywhere else at the moment
