I hope we can just make up records that he can beat for the next 10 years. What I love about kane is that when he breaks all these records, all he wants to do is go on to break the next one. He doesn't sit around letting all the hype go to his head
Nonetheless, it's interesting that Harry's failed to score in around half his games this year, and the goals he has scored have come in about half as many games. Loads of braces and hat tricks but few singles.https://www.football.london/tottenh...s/heung-min-son-superstar-underrated-14152734
Everything Kane touches turns to goals
Even when Harry Kane doesn't get the cleanest of contacts the ball seems to be flying into the net right now.
Another record has tumbled for him. Kane surpassed Teddy Sheringham's club record Premier League haul with two strikes that took him to 98 goals in the league. The century is likely to come soon, perhaps even at struggling Southampton next weekend.
For everything Kane touches right now turns to goals. His second at Wembley was messy but he won't care. Both his goals were from close range, but again, he won't care if the 'tap-in merchant' claims come, because he's clearly not.
Kane is evolving all the time. Apart from being a natural finisher, he's getting stronger and stronger on the ball and his movement and awareness are constantly improving. His passing range is another growing asset.
The assist for Dele Alli in Swansea showcased that but he provided another moment at Wembley on Saturday night with a fizzing ball out to Serge Aurier on the right which was brilliant in its execution.
Pochettino made it clear after the game that while Kane's goals get him noticed, that's not what makes him special.
"His mentality is collective. That is so important to explain to people. Yes, he scores a lot of goals but his mentality is to help the team, work for the team and that is what makes him a special player," he said.
"Not only is he a player with talent that scores goals, in his mind it is always to help and play collectively and put in the effort for the team. Then of course he scores goals because he is talented."
Well done on passing Sheringham's record, we are privileged to be watching this guy break endless records, serious watching history with him, once in a lifetime player.
Minor point - it's 8 more. You've missed his 3 games in the Premier League for Norwich.View attachment 35284
Harry has 11 more league games to become the 2nd fastest to 100 in premiership league history
How many of those players did that at the start of their careers as youth players breaking through? Rather than as already established stars.
Only Fowler?
What I like is the talk from Poch and others that he trains ver professionally. I think it will be this reason beyond any others that will enable him to break Shearer's record.

When you consider 12 appearances were Sub and subbed off 40 times. Much more than shearer I’d imagine. Back in the day you never subbed off your best player to protect him.
Haven't started drinking yet !apt username
Sell him.... Sell him now!!!Hasn't scored for almost a week...
