I would hope so, but there more to making a massive transfer work than having a lawyer check the contracts is legit.
I’m aware.

Yes you are right, although England had the same problem against the best team we played and there were players to back him up. I love Harry Kane, he's one of our own after all, but he signed a contract and is only half way through it - it grates with me, sorry - and the club kept him to help win trophies.Or isit Tottenhams job to find a way to make him effective in the big games? Lets not kid ourselves he has scored big goals in big games. The problem is in a one off game (Final) most opposing teams already know that if they can stop Kane touching the ball, they are more likely to beat us. We need to either work tactically to open players like him up in them situations or frankly refresh the team with some quality. This way when Kane is marked or nullified we have another outlet to fall back on. Just my opinion.
The telltale sign is that Kane is literally his only client. He's riding on Harry's coat-tails and making some easy money (and who can blame him - I'm sure Harry's happy to help him out) but the lad must have bugger all contacts and experience if his only client is his brother.
Tbf to his brother, he’s Spurs through and through, he used to drink in the Bill Nick most weeks, on match days, hes no football agent, Harry’s giving him a few quid and give him a job
Reminds me of Entourage and Vincent Chase.
If you come from a family that is tight-knit and supports each other, why wouldn't you want them in your corner advocating for you? If put in Harry's situation I'd do exactly the same.
True but he has always said he’s happy at Spurs if we are on the right track to winning things and to be fair on the evidence of the last 2 seasons and the mess the squad is in we are not.It seems Harry is more worried about the jokes and memes than actually winning things with/for the team he "loves"
Who cares if people were putting on social media "yeah you've scored X goals but 0 trophies."
How much more meaningful would it be to pick up Spurs first title in god knows how many years as talisman/captain than Citeh's umpteenth title in as many years?
And imagine the ignominy of moving to a "bigger more ambitious" club and not winning anything there either... Can you handle those jokes Harry?
Very true. This is why I’m excited by Paratici and more of these smart small to mid size or loan deals as when we’ve gone big we’ve tended to get it wrong but Paratici will really help us be much more efficient and effective in the tw.Firstly, we weren't "about to move into our new £1B stadium" during those "2 transfer windows!!!" (or 27, depending on whose maths is used) - that was the season when the stadium was delayed due to the electrics being done badly, which represented a financial risk - but it's been made clear several times over from ITK that there were other reasons why that happened, yet it still falls on deaf ears.
More importantly, why not reference what happened after we moved into the new stadium? Because it doesn't suit the confirmation bias?
I don't think our problems have been so much about how much we spend, it's just how we do it. In recent years, NDombele and GLC are a pair of midfielders that cost well over £100m, but have offered nothing in proportion to that value. Arguable, Hojbjerg (at near 10-15% of that) has eclipsed their contributions so far.

Paratici and NES and some smart ins and outs may change the direction of the Spurs ship to a more positive one but Kane may just feel he’s 28 now so he has to weigh up stay at Spurs his whole career and probably win nothing or make a big move now before it’s too late, only normal he’s strongly considering it given all the circumstances.
Because there are any of number of quite complex contractual bells and whistles that can be used to move millions between club and player. If you don’t know all the tricks of the trade, you leave money on the table. If you come from a family that is tight-knit and supports each other, why wouldn't you want them in your corner advocating for you? Happens time and again to people who are poorly advised in big money situations. And no, having a good lawyer isn’t the same as a savvy adviser.

Transfer ban incoming for City ? Chance of Kane staying hopefully....
Brilliant. I’ve been waiting for the PL investigation into their ffp dealings come out ever since they got off of the UEFA ones because of the time limit. There is no time limit for the PL rules.
This could be the biggest news of the window if the PL punish them. Trouble is, we know how the PL love money over scandal.
They’ll do nothing. It’s not in their interest to punish city
I doubt they have the self-awareness to realise they haven’t got the same abilities that a super agent has. One of the main issues with people who are badly advised, is that they don’t realise they are badly advised (at least until it’s far too late). Just ask Rabiot about his mum.if they were smart they should have got Raiola or one of the other bigger agents to just conduct this move on their behalf
Didn't Chelsea get a ban though? Barca had a ban too. I wouldn't at all be surprised if City do. These clubs seem to be able to take the punishment and still come out OK at the end. They’ll do nothing. It’s not in their interest to punish city
