I hope he stays gets us 30 goals, fires us to the champions league next year maybe a trophy and then we cash in for 150 million. The way he is acting behind the scences according to the sources is unacceptable but lets get the best out him while he is still ours.

Kane staying and continuing to bang in regular goals for us is the best outcome from this scenario. Yes, shiny new signings from overseas are exciting, but there’s no guarantee that Vlahovic, Martinez or anyone else will adjust to the EPL - we’ve all been here and seen it before with Soldado, Jansen, Vinicius, Ndombele, Lo Celso. A few goals from H and more wins for Nuno and we’ll all be happy.

Why would they prefer ‘revenge’ against us to getting their target signed and playing in City colours. They need him ASAP as the league is going to be tight at the top this year. Similar to when people say Chelsea make signings to spite us it’s just not how things work in my opinion.

In the real world there are a lot of spiteful people. Getting Kane and leaving us in the lurch would be something I'm sure they would brag about and be smug about behind the scenes. So would their fans.

Theres no way he goes on deadline day with no replacements in, Levy wouldn't dare sanction it this time after the Berbatov affair he knows the crowd would turn. Ive thought for a while now that hes staying, City just seem miles away from what we want, and the fact they gave the 10 shirt to Grealish I thought was pretty telling. If City were so desperate youd think theyd have come straight in for him after the result on Sunday. I wanted him gone but can see him knuckling down like Modric after the window closes, hopefully goes on to have another 20 plus season for us.

I’m almost disappointed he’s staying now.

he was a source of pride but now I resent him.

I’ll cheer if Spurs score and he’s the one who puts it in the net, but can’t see myself singing his name or cheering when he’s announced in the line up.

He best just do all he fucking can this year and leave his body on the line.

If he doesn’t go, it’s clear they never wanted him that much. At the end of the day, if they want someone, they get them.

Wouldn’t be a big surprise if they let this drag to destabilise us a little bit before last week. Worked well, the tossers

City could still raise the funds for Kane with sales of their own players. I can't see this saga over until the windows finished.
