Honestly if he wants to go sell him, he is not and never will be the club, sell him move on. Invest well and honestly I certainly won’t be checking again on his career, he isn’t the badge just an employee. Couldn’t care less what he achieves in an other clubs shirt.

If we seriously wanted kane to stay the contract of the reported 400k a week should have been offered 2 years ago and not now.
At present I honestly don't blame kane or the club for the current situation.
If we want to sell him, then Levy has to position the club to get the most for him, unfortunately this will have an impact with Ange preparation for the new season. Kane on the other hand, he wants to win something, just similar to any top footballer.
For me, I can't be bothered; kane was eventually going to stop playing for spurs, be it selling or retirement.
I just want to see entertaining football with or without kane, and going by our preseason game against westham it it surely going to be an entertaining season ahead.

Some revisionism here. In 2021 the stadium wasn't even open for several months, COVID and the enormous financial impact of it to the Prem and us was still a big thing. Absolutely zero chance we would have been in a position to offer him a contract like that 2 years ago.

There is so much chat about whether he will stay or go, it’s impossible to know for sure, but in my opinion I think he goes before the window closes!
Why, because we have a chairman that try’s to squeeze every last penny out of a deal yet would consider potentially turning down 80-100m and risk seeing Kane leave for free in 12 months, it just doesn’t add up!
I know it’s out there that Kane has been offered this huge deal and the club are willing to get creative but it’s too much of a risk for Levy if he doesn’t sign before the window closes.
I hope I’m wrong, time will tell!

Literally couldn’t give two fucks about any matches not involving Spurs. Can’t ever stop other teams signings other than stopping our own contracted players.

We were not the only club hit by COVID, other clubs were and it didn't stop them from paying top brass wages to their top players. Also we could have offered him last season.
That's by the way, we are were we are and as I pointed either way I am just looking forward to seeing us play positive football next season.
No idea why you’re commenting on the same post twice.
But no, I’m serious. One season extra of champions league (23/24) does not seem so important to mean taking the only offer on the table

I'm glad Ange isn't being coy about the situation. Candor is definitely appreciated. And if he has been given a remit to overhaul the playing style/culture of the club, soup-to-nuts, then he needs direct line of sight into what's going on with its most prized asset. It's not just any old player. He is basically the club's leader. All players look up to him. It would be foolhardy to suppose that doesn't have an impact. So, I hope internally they have their own deadline in mind. IE: Either a bid is accepted by end of month or we will close up shop and will not entertain any more bids (no matter how high) for the rest of the window. As it's too late at that point to effectively replace him and it also interferes with Ange's process with the rest of the players.
