A beautifully written post. Bang onSorry, I just can't agree with your point 1.
Levy is the whipping boy and gets so much criticism for the shit he pulls...and rightly so. Ticket prices, super League, Furlough Scheme, manager contingencies, and to some degree the messing about with transfer negotiations. I say some degree because, again, this is more nuanced than blaming one person.
...But Kane and every other player is equally responsible for the failings at this club and what happens on the pitch. Levy wasn't on the field when we played out a limp UCL final, or particpated in that Premier League Challenge against Chelsea or Leciester. He wasn't involved in any of those FA cup or League Cup finals or Semi-finals but Kane was. Even those pathetic performances against Sheffield Utd and Dinamo Zagreb and other lower league sides - Kane was on the pitch for all of them (as Vice Captain).
When you win, everyone does their bit and makes the team work. When you lose, everyone is responsible - Kane included.
That being said, whilst Kane is here I will support here and revere him as Spurs greatest goalscorer. The moment he's out the door to another club I really couldnt give a rat's arse what he does. That is the extent of my loyalty
