Yeah fair enough. Although I suspect that if the Kane deal does go down to the wire it will largely be because we want to line up all of those deals prior to confirming his sale, rather than leaving ourselves only one or two days to negotiate them all.I was thinking more of the implications the Kane deal has on our future transfer business. If it goes right to the wire, we may not have time to do the business we might have done, the old "we tried but couldn't get the paperwork done in time" excuse.
I know, mate it is totally disrespectful….wtf am I supposed to do with my FF squad with all this uncertainty? The whole uncertainty is really grating now.
This needs put to bed by Friday at the absolute latest, one way or another.
Totally mental to have a new regime and have this level of disruption on the eve of the season starting. Bonkers.

I know nothing from behind the scenes, just don't believe he's leaving. Is this juicy behind the scenes mod info or you just yanking our chains as we’re a gullible bunch of swines?
It would give us a temporary lift, but give it 2-3 months and the media will start speculating where his destination at the end of the season is. Do we really want that? Surely it is going to be very disruptive? My personal opinion is, Kane stays. I think it was up in the air, but he's accepted that he's staying when he was included in the squad for the Shakthar game. Since then, he's been more vocal on social media. Bayern and German media are sounding more and more desperate and looking for alternatives, plus he played 80 mins in a meaningless game.
I think he stays. And i could not be more happier if that becomes reality.

And if he leaves, the build up to and then discussion every match will be about how we're faring without him, and if he was there we'd have scored. Or how Richy etc. can't fill the hole, etc.It would give us a temporary lift, but give it 2-3 months and the media will start speculating where his destination at the end of the season is. I‘d only be happy if Harry Kane decided to sign a new contract with us, something he appears reluctant to do. All things considered, therefore, unless he signs a new contract, we should sell him this week.
Kane will be professional as ever, and don't think it would disrupt us. We have more chance of European football with Kane in the team than not. Money is irrelevant, as it isn't our money - and we wasted the Bale money before - and then have wasted millions since (so much that we can't shift them!)It would give us a temporary lift, but give it 2-3 months and the media will start speculating where his destination at the end of the season is. Imagine being ange, if Kane stays.
every single press conference will be questions about Kane for the whole season, everything we do will all be about him - honestly whole situation is a nightmare for a manager who is trying to establish a team, rather than set up a team for one player.
which is why if he stays a new deal has to be signed as a minimum - that’s respecting the badge etc
Harry was quoted as saying that he would only sign if there was 'progress' on the pitch. My take on it is progress in the style and positiveness of play. Yesterdays game showed a huge improvement, there was much more positive play and creativity. That Harry scored 4 was good, but he also had a lot more chances and could have scored more. If that doesn't impress him then nothing will!
