Happiest fella in England today... Alan Shearer.

I've no idea what Harry is thinking leaving Premier League. Just a very strange move.
I’ve said this since he was linked with Bayern. Going to win easy trophies to appease the haters and the media. He will be expected to win the CL for Bayern or it will be for nothing.

only to you, seems fine to me. Kane wants one last big contract, win stuff and play in the champs league. Spurs want at least some money from this and seems like it has been met so fair enough. It is nothing on Levy but whatever fits your agenda.

This would all be fine if it happened a week ago. We're now 1 day before the start of the season! Teams will no2 hold us to ransom knowing we have £100m in bank and need to make a signing. Unless all our ducks are aligned and signed, which I highly doubt. Our season will start very negatively. The stadium next week will be toxic!

Alan shearer won't be happy yet. Kane can do 4 years in Germany and then come back and score the remaining goals

Meanwhile, Liverpool bidding almost £100m for Caicedo without selling any of their best players, whilst we hang about waiting to spread ourselves thin and spend pennies on some young replacements for our best player this Century.

The difference between us and even the tightest of our top 6 rivals is clear.

Whether Kane is annoyed with Bayern or not, I just cannot see him deciding against the move now.

He’d been having cheeky talks with them and expressed interest to join them and will be in strong position to challenge for champions league.

The romantic in me would hope he’d stay as settled over here, got those 4 goals at our stadium and we’re playing good stuff now, but given how he’d have jumped ship to City before I don’t think his loyalty to spurs is as strong as we all originally thought.

Isn't Ornstein quoting German sources and Ali is quoting Ornstein

It does seem like this, but it also seems like there's a whole lot of noise around it too. More noise than there has been around other reports during the whole saga.

It's a stinger for sure, especially what Kane has symbolised in his career... But

the Badge on the front of the shirt is bigger than the name on the back.

My educated guess with that's happened.

Bayern made an "acceptable" bid last week (as our ITKs said).
Levy got to work on replacements, with an agreement that Bayern kept quiet and leaving the decision with Kane.
Kane's a lot less sure than he was given how long it took Bayern to commit, his wife's imminent pregnancy, the reception he got after scoring 4, etc.
Knowing what Kane's said about a deadline before the season starts, Bayern are starting to leak to the press that an offer's been accepted to put the pressure on.

I reckon it could go either way still.
I like that summary. The only thing missing is us rejecting their bid after the ITK which doesn't stack up. Maybe we did it to buy Kane some time but even then I think that was before the friendly against Shakhtar so I'm not so convinced.

Can anyone let me know why they think orban is the way forward after selling Kane? I’m so worried about our ST position now as Richy isn’t good enough either imo.
