Sell him early for less than he's worth = fucking hell Levy selling our best ever asset for cheap
Sell him late = fucking hell Levy disrupting our season to get extra money
Make him stay and he walks for free next summer = fucking hell Levy how can you let our best ever player leave on a free after what happened with Sol Campbell

Who's fault is it for us being in this dire situation to begin with? Maybe Kane would have wanted a new challenge regardless – thats a possibility – but i can't help but think that he would have been happy to stay if we had shown some more ambition on the football side of things.

Do you agree with the notion that this should have been done with a lot sooner so that we could have had the best start to the season possible with Ange?

He must be so gutted he didn’t get to join City. Bayern are a huge club, but it still feels a flat move for him.

Quite excited about the deals we’re going to have lined up. Lovely little hotel & some residential apartments in Park Lane Square
To dare is to do!

We’re in a year where West Ham have won a trophy, Kane will win a trophy in another teams colours, Poch could win something at Chelsea as Arsenal win the league and we return to mid table mediocrity

Levy has blood on his hands

I survived Greaves leaving
Mckay breaking his leg twice
White dying
Jennings playing for the scum
Hoddle Waddle Gazza and Bale all leaving
I will survive Kane leaving
I wish him well and will never forget him, but from here on in he is just another player to me,
Spurs will survive too and thrive

I’ll say this now and hopefully will be proved wrong, but this massive massive reset is unlikely to happen imo.

The football will likely be better (from a very low bar) but we have one of the worst performance culture I’ve ever come across both as a fan and professionally.

A key tenet of a performed culture is an intolerance of underperformance, whereas we consistently and constantly produce excuse after excuse for the shambolic way we often go about our footballing endeavours.

I’m sure Ange will do his level best and there are signs that our football will at least be entertaining. However, I think the near future will consist of regular 7th - 10th places and battling with Brighton, Brentford et al and the massive reset that we would need to challenge again for top 4 will never materialise under ENIC.

Levy doesn't actively want us to fail and under him we've built teams that have finished top 4.

I think he took us as far as we could go and we'd be better off with someone who both doesn't abuse human rights and is also willing to aggressively spend, don't get me wrong. But we sold Berbatov and Keane and built a top 4 team. We sold Bale and Modric and built a top 4 team. Levy wants CL to keep up that "brochure image" and he's clearly not incapable of making that happen.

With that said I'm sick to death of chasing top 4, as I feel it's all we've done for nearly 20 years. I don't give a shit about getting in the CL again if it's going to be what it was last season or like a QF exit. Past caring about it.
