Harry Kane delivered yet again, a sumptuous finish at the Anfield Road end to cancel out Philippe Coutinho’s opening goal.

if leicester win today then yes .Given the amount of games left the difference between 5 points and 7 is huge. Our first job is to secure top 4 and then see where we are.

It was never ours to blow. It's Leicesters to lose and that's all that matters. If they win every game, our results would never count anyway. They have some tough games too, and if they win from here, good on them. We've had an awesome season and 2nd or even 3rd wouldn't be a bad season. Yes, being so close to the title and not winning would be disappointing, but we would have over achieved just like Leicester. We are in a better position than they are where we can continue to improve.

I won't be looking back on A point away to a good Liverpool side as the game that blew our title chances.
Not holding the lead at home against 10 man Arsenal or not earning a draw at home to Leicester maybe. There's a very achievable 5 point swing.
Yesterday we had to play incredibly well just to take a point, no oroblems there but The other two games would see us top now.

If we miss out on the title it wasn't because we drew at Anfield to a good Liverpool side.

Yep, they were Bad results but I'm sure every team is going to have one or two of those over the course of the season. The Arsenal and Leicester results, having been there and seen us play well, just seemed like real opportunities missed. Leicester especially, we had so many chances, a draw would have had them only 1 point above us right now.

Dont forget the home defeat to Newcastle and the late late equaliser at Leicester. We could have should have won both.

Ultimately it's losing at home to Newcastle, and more poignantly Leicester that have cost us.

Leicester have had a season where it's all gone their way. And good for them. But I do not see them sustaining this next year where I truly believe we will now kick on and be up there routinely... They will get found out next year when they have to juggle more than one competition. I guarantee it.

Nothing else has changed over the last few weeks - It's Leicester's to lose, all we can do is keep picking up points and see where we end up. What would be a real kick in the teeth is the ****s down the road finishing above us.

All of this Doesn't mean that I'm not massively disappointed after being so close to the top and I'll admit that I had foolishly started dreaming of an open top bus parade...

2 goals up against Stoke

1 up against a useless newcastle team

Dropping 4 points from leading positions against arsenal having totally dominated them both games and once against 10 men

Even the home loss to leicester have been the key moments this season that will probably mean we fall short in the race for the title

Yesterday was a great game against a strong team who played to their best and we should only be proud of our boys who played so well and came back from a goal down when others would have crumbled

We were unfortunate to lose

One thing I am sure of is that this team will bounce back and never give up and if the wheels fall off the leicester train we will still be in the mix

Exactly, a point at Anfield for any team in any season is a decent result. If we have blown it, it will have been home defeats to Newcastle and Leicester that would have blown it for us or indeed any other defeats during the remaining games.

As well as Leicester have done, 4 points is not exactly a watertight, unassailable lead. I've heard a lot of crap spouted over the past 24 hours by people who should know better. A seven game title run in can do pretty devastating things to a 4 point lead!

If Leicester win today it will be difficult but not impossible. Their last 3 games are away to Man United Home to Everton and away to Chelsea, which is not easy. Although if it comes down to the last game of the season can't see Chelsea doing us any favours.

Since we've never actually held the first position, it's a stretch to suggest that we've blown anything yet. We'd had to at least have been at the top spot in order to literally blow it.

On the other side of the coin, now that the pressure is seriously on Leicester, I also wouldn't be surprised if they got bugger all out of any of those games. There's a lot that could go very badly wrong for them especially now that everyone seems to think that they've already won the title.

I think anyone will tell you, from the bloke down the gym to Pep Guardiola, that seeing the finishing line then actually crossing it is the hardest thing in sport.

We sort of were before the West Ham game. That was the point when it was effectively out of Leicester's hands and the bookies had us as favourite.

Expecting seven wins from seven games was unrealistic, especially with the mounting tension and pressure.

However the same applies to Arsenal and Leicester so we shouldn't lose hope yet.
