No. The little toe problem can't be used as an excuse for a piss-poor performance.

Not that, Sky telling people to go find their nearest pub because their HD service wasn't working.

Oh, I get the joke now, sorry

Watched this in the pub last night. The pub was full which doesn't usually happen in this pub for boxing and everyone was strongly behind Haye. Even in the 12th when his lack of performance was evident they still backed and encouraged him.

After the fight when he mentionned the broken toe he got loudly jeered. I just wish Wlad knocked him out. I really can't stand Haye.

Glad Haye lost as he's such a mouthy twat with no class.

That is true but we're set for years more Klitschko dominance/snoozefests as Haye was the most likely to break the hold they have on the division. There is no-one coming through capable of beating them.

Heavyweight boxing is a joke. I won't be watching Vitali v Adamek cause it'll be more of the same.

It needs another Tyson.

But he was going to retire in October anyway and so the result of last night would have made no difference. Its still gong to be the Klitschko brothers.

Vitali vs haye is likely and buncey thinks if he can get his head down and back to pre Valuev (more attacking and pick his punches better) he has 70% chance of winning

He'll get a far worse hammering than off Wladimir. Vitali is quality, even at 40 years of age, and much too big for Haye. Did the Adamek fight not show him that last weekend?

I go with buncey his record of calling fights is insane and he goes in to near freddie roach detail(which is insane ) and he said a reason why vitali is better for haye than wlad

Also tbf it wasn't as much of hammering as people make out, Haye let the spotlight go to his head and has been poor since he became champion, also the knockdown wasn't a knock down and that would made it a tie and wlad winning by 2 and 4,

In the amateurs we are taught to when going to a opponents home territory when on points add 2 to them, same goes for the pro's, BUT despite their is no hiding the fact Haye has been shit for a while, he has got the potential to be world champ but before he use to go to cyprus out of the way and away from the chaos now he is always on tv and etc. he seriously needs to go back to being a boxer

Just to add to that post, the hayemaker camp doesn't seem that well and this may stop haye get back to his best, groves with booth is under warren atm which is strange considering that booth did despise warren for making it very hard for them

Whether this means a new trainer is yet to be seen but the only person who could make haye better is roach at the moment(the best there is)

He is too small. The Valuev (who is muck anyway) fight aside, which heavyweight has he fought who is as big as Wlad or Vitali? Vitali is more ruthless than his brother and will punish Haye for the fun of it.

I still don't like the Klitschkos, but they are extremely effective at what they do.

Agree everything but size can be overcome imo but the person needs to up their game and Haye has changed his fighting style in and since Valuev, frankly he did nothing in the wladmir match, it didn't even look like he had a game plan

To beat them you need to use speed and honestly just fuck around with him mentality, unpredictably, something that is hard for boxers to do, he was trying to land a killer punch without getting inside, which is stupid and make you look a idiot, nowadays boxer don't even try to work the body with speed especially in the heavyweight(getting in and changing the angles), when he think your going to go inside just work another angle just to fuck with him, working the body creates chances

But at the moment there are just too many big blobs in the that weight division, thats what killed the division no the kiltschko
