I think he's totally the wrong choice after great man managers a feel good guys like BMJ and Harry who have transformed the atmosphere at the football club since the non football man AS was chairman.

DL is in the same mould as Sugar so I hope and prey AVB can maintain the great atmosphere around the club as late

I hope I'm proved wrong a million times over for the sake of the club I love

I'll still be going to WHL and giving 100% support to my team

Good luck AVB

I love the club and totally back AVB, however the appointment was the worst kept secret in football and when the news was made official today it was such an anti climax it felt like reaching your vinegar stroke, and then in the words of Borat, no sex explosion!

In February I was happy as a sandboy full of ambition for the future and then someone reached down my throat and ripped out my guts leaving a hollow shell with nothing but a beating heart bereft of all hope. I'm afraid it's going to take more than a new head coach to drag me back to happiness.

Disaster waiting to happen. It will be like watching a slow motion car crash.

And for the love of god give the man a glass of water. He sounds like a fucking darlick!

He will be gone come the end of the season after we have finished 8th.

Poor poor appointment.

Do you ever have anything positive to say about Spurs?

Who would you have got, and what signings would you be happy with? I don't think I've ever seen you satisfied with anything

I hear this.. We really were tortured at the end of last season , reckon it was coordinated by some evil celestial Arse fan . We were dead and buried 4 games before the end , but like all good torturers the Arse fan wanted our pain to go longer..revived us ,splashed water in our faces ,gave us a coupla wins .....so we lived on squirming right up to the last kick of the CL final shootout.
All that shit re Capello/England/Court/Heart etc . Some malignant..er.. malignant thing was toying with us.

Someone was fucking with out heads . .. Its a lot of baggage to shake off for me too Mr Sauce.

Quite honestly...I am gushing like a little girl who has just seen her first One Direction video.

This is a DREAM appointment - people are so quick to judge Villas-Boas from his time at Chelsea and forget what he created and achieved at Porto.

I am so excited and optimistic , haven't been this excited probably since we signed Klinsmann.

My motto for this appointment is ONWARDS AND UPWARDS

I really was dead against it at the start but have slowly come around, partly because of MOST peoples optimism on here. Thanks for that guys. Its always better to be positive. My main reason for being against him at the start was his poor media relations and it still worries me. I think signing the contracts at chigwell where the press would not expect it, and not having a press conferance was a big 'FUCK YOU' to the press who everyone knows will try to hound him from the start. They liked Harry so they'll take it out on AVB and Levy as much as they can.

Not sure why THFC decided to do it that way though, was it out of worry or out of spite? Either way, it was the right move imo.

Might as well of stuck with Harry. This isn't the calibre of manager I was expecting when Harry got the tin tac.

Mourinhio
Guardiola
Hiddink
Ancelloti
Del bosque
Capello

In that order if we cant get any of those then the next tier would of been;

Klinsmann
Blanc
Deschamps
O Neil
Moyes

Then about 10th choice I would of gone for AVB.

This is a terrible appointment and give it 4 months and you will all be agreeing with me.

Guardiola and Mourinho lol. You do realise football in the real world isn't like it is on your Playstation right?

Even though I think AVB will be great for us, I was disappointed that no picture of him in the conference car was released. Are we waiting till July 14 to unleash the new conference car?

I said they would be my top choices not that we had a chance of getting them. Read what I said!!

AVB is no where near the top as I said he would of been around my 10th choice.

Its like saying that you would be unhappy with Vertoghen as he was your 10th choice center-back after Kompany, Vidic, Pepe, Silva, etc
