Shame, i like the Hudd, but really dont see where he would fit into our present system anyway. Feel he may move on when he gets his fitness sorted. Hes too good for a squad player, but feel our starting eleven has moved on this year. Maybe a step down to a club like Liverpool would suit him!
Wish him a speedy recovery though, as he always comes across as a top guy.

This ankle injury is really a problem now, will have sidelined him for about 18 months now in total. Hope it gets fixed this time.

Get better for pre-season THudd, you will be part of the Modric, Parker, Sandro, THudd CM team for next season!

His injuries are a bit worrying.

Great player though, one of my favourites, hopefully he'll be back.

Next season, if we are in the Champions League as well, we need a big squad.

Ah that sucks.

He better keep that 'fro going, though. I fully expect to see some Disco Stu style barnet come the first game of next season

Such a shame still believe theres a place for Huddlestone within the first team...a great player IMO.

If it is his ankles it will be due to his size and a real worry for his future... fingers crossed for the guy, if he doesn't make it back he's never going to be able to cut his Fro again... (No goals no haircut!)

You came to that conclusion how exactly? (about his ankles)

Even if he gets back to full fitness (fingers crossed that he will) I can't see him pushing into contention for a place in the First Team Squad next season, he'd likely end up in Jenas' position. Therefore, we should loan him out somewhere, initially until January, just so he can build up fitness and get competitive games under his belt.
