I heard that Tom Cairney has an injunction against Brown, don't know why though.
Interesting reading about Cairney and i totally agree with Pearson when he says that unlicensed agents are the scourge of the game, and the reason they don't want to be regulated or licensed is because they're only interested in themselves and lining their own pockets.http://www.sporthull.co.uk/headline...-contract/article-1910833-detail/article.html
They lost their past 4 games. A new record, breaking Roy Keane's run of 5 losses and out last season.
Don't like the bloke and they should have been relegated last season after a pitiful points collection. But you have to wonder what Pearson can possibly do that gives them a better chance than old Orange face. He mentioned the Pompey game in the release, which may be a clue. That is enormous - lose and they are probably down - so I guess he's shaking the dice ready for one massive roll.
Anyone who thinks that sort of thing doesn't happen on a regular basis obviously doesn't play football or any sort of competitive sport that often. It happens all the time. During Sunday league yesterday I told one of my team-mates to shut up when he was criticising one of our players (only in a "let it go" kind of way, not a threat that he should shut up or I'll dot dot dot) and he pushed me in the face.
It happens when you're wound up. You can't blame Brown for that.
Fair enough, once in a while, but the way Brown said it "it happens on a regular occurrence".
And as for competitive sport, I used to play Gaelic football, and we used to fight the odd time in training, but not as often as you'd think for a more full contact sport than football.
