Told theres been a U-turn by KVH and my Journo mate expects him to stay at Schalke now and sign a new contract. It seems to change every few days though from what I'm told so who knows? Could still move but seems unlikely now.

More annoyingly Arsenal have apparently stole a march on everyone for Lewis Holtby. Off the top of my head I think Arsenal where a team who Holtby fancied or some other reason that meant they had an advantgae.

I guess I'll have to trot out what I say every time, which is if anyone has watched him they would realise that he offers about as much as Defoe to general build up play (but does score more), and I don't think we are good enough to carry a player at the moment.

Its a risk. I can name many examples of strikers who failed to adjust, or took too long. Chamakh/Forlan/Rebrov etc just to name the obvious.
