What would you chose...to finish among the first four in EPE, bur Arse to become champion, or fifth if Arse is behind us?
I prefer the CL option never mind the Arse winning.
What about you?

The 95th "What if" thread involving Arsenal this week.

I'd take 4th spot or above, regardless of where they finish.

Easy.

Priority number 1: Spurs to do as well as possible
Priority number 2: Arse to do as poorly as possible

Surely this goes for all of us!

Don't care about the Gooners. I have no hatred for them, just a pantomime one when it's derby time.

Always Spurs to finish in the top 4, I don't give a toss who wins anything if it's not us.

I love Spurs more than I dislike Arsenal. 4th place would make me very happy and I wouldn't sacrifice the CL experience just to see Arsenal slip up. They've won titles before and somehow we survived, but we have never qualified for the Champions League.

Spurs to finish as high as they can regardless of Arsenal.

If we were in the CL we could attract the kind of players we need to seriously challenge Arsenal (if they were champs)

If we are in the top 4 I couldnt give a toss where the scum finish.

However, given 4th place, and our low ranking, would give us a tough qualifier, and how screwed the scum would be out of the champions league as the rapist and the spitter would want to move, its tempting to take the second option

Think everyone's agreed on that, but what about Spurs 5th Scum relegated?

I'd have to see them relegated.

If we finished fourth and get CL football then arsenal can win what they like.

I don't want them relegated either. I've always loved our games since I was a kid. The atmosphere is fantastic and what football is all about. For me the spurs arsenal derby is the best,, most ferocious in english football.

Everton and Liverpool fans fucking sit together all bum chummy at theirs. ManC have never been a serious rival for ManU and Villa and Birmingham is possibly next best but Birmingham are a pissy yoyo club who have never won anything.

Newcastle, Sunderland and Boro is reasonably big and competitive because all of them have only ever had this to look forward as none of them ever win fuck all.

Yep. Seeing them relegated would have it's charm, but the next season would be poorer for not having the derby games.

I suppose the question is, do you love spurs more that you hate Arsenal.

Easy answer for me. Spurs to finish 4th, please.

Just finish 4th doesn't guarantee you a champions league position.

Doesn't it?

I'd happily take 4th, it'd be far more damaging to Arsenal for us to finish 4th than to finish 5th themselves. If we finish 4th and do well in the CL, we'd have a chance at repeating it the season after and buying some quality players too. Arsenal winning the league wouldn't change them since they've done it enough times already.
