If 2 teams are on the same points at the end of the group, then it's the 'head to head' record that seperates the 2 sides. If those are exactly the same then it goes to whoever scored the most away goals in the 2 fixtures between the sides, if that's the same then it goes to goal difference overall. After that I have no idea what they'd do.
